I am looking to engage a professional pattern maker to develop production-ready patterns for a boys' woven ensemble consisting of a button-up shirt and coordinating shorts, intended to be produced in organic cotton using the same seamless printed fabric.
The size range would be boys' sizes 2–6. I have already developed a base pattern and sewn multiple samples, so the design and fit direction are established; however, I am seeking professional support to true the patterns, grade them accurately across sizes, and digitize them for manufacturing. Based on feedback from potential manufacturers, I understand that they will require DXF files and accompanying rule (RUL) or grading specifications.
Given this scope, I wanted to ask whether you offer the following services:
* Pattern refinement and truing
* Grading for children's wear (sizes 2–6)
* Digitization and export of production-ready files (DXF, RUL)
Additionally, I will eventually need a full technical package for this style, including measurements, construction details, and bill of materials. Do you also provide tech pack development services?
