Empowering Learning Cardiff is proud to partner with a leading FE college in Cardiff to recruit an experienced Lecturer in Health & Social Care. This role starts in September 2025 and offers the opportunity to teach BTEC and vocational courses to engaged and motivated students preparing for careers in health and social care sectors.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing coursework, and providing individualised support to learners. The successful candidate will bring industry knowledge, teaching experience (or a willingness to train), and a commitment to helping every student achieve their goals.

What We're Looking For:
A teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one
Experience delivering Health & Social Care qualifications (BTEC, CACHE, or equivalent)
Up-to-date industry knowledge and a passion for sharing it with learners
Strong planning and assessment skills
Excellent communication and organisation abilities
A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
