Working with 16 young people, living predominantly in the Shropshire area, but there can be distance driving. Recording is essential and keeping within timescales, good assessment skills and analysis. Conflict resolution, working with vulnerable and dysregulated teenagers, who have been through trauma and negative lived experience. CSE knowledge and skills Return home interviews, building a positive and trusting relationship with the young person. Preparation for supervision, and ensuring supervision is prioritised. Reflection and feedback, seeking direction as and when required.
