Overview
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will manage the delivery of all mechanical, electrical and associated maintenance services across the site. You will lead a team of engineers and sub-contractors to ensure a professional, timely, and cost‑effective service. Manage supplier and labour costs to achieve financial targets and ensure service levels align with contractual KPIs. Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers and compile accurate management information/reporting for stakeholders. Play a key role in supporting site audits (quality, health and safety, environmental and finance).
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of engineers and sub-contractors to deliver mechanical, electrical and maintenance services across the site.
* Ensure service levels meet contractual KPIs and oversee supplier and labour costs to achieve financial targets.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers; ensure services are delivered in a professional, timely, and cost‑effective manner.
* Compile accurate management information/reporting and submit to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Support site audits related to quality, health and safety, environmental and finance.
* Handle customer escalations and communicate effectively; promote QHSE best practice within the team.
* Assist Engineers and planning teams with support, advice, and guidance to optimise time and resource use.
* Conduct root cause analysis of day-to-day issues for continuous process and data improvement; investigate and resolve issues affecting first-time fix, duplicate work, and unnecessary sub-contracting.

Qualifications & Experience
* Electrical Qualification C&Q Level 3; experience working in fast-paced environments.
* Experience in a technical Estates environment.
* Experience in a supervisory or Team Leader role.
