Role Overview
We are looking for someone with a flare for creating social media content and storytelling to join our team.
You will lead the creation of engaging, educational, and shareable content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, working closely with our in house healthcare professionals to develop content that is credible, informative, and relatable — helping to grow our brand presence while improving public awareness of medical screening, health, and wellbeing.
An understanding of the nuances of short-form video content and what drives virality, engagement, and follower growth is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
* Collaborate with pharmacists and doctors to develop accurate, trustworthy, and audience-friendly content.
* Create compelling long-form video content (YouTube, podcasts, or live streams) to deepen engagement (desirable).
* Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
* Develop a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content.
* Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content strategies based on insights.
* Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, and community engagement.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience creating short-form video content with a strong portfolio (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
* Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and what drives virality.
* Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
* Ability to simplify complex health topics into relatable, engaging content.
* Experience working with professionals (medical/health preferred, but not essential).
* Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.).
* Strong copywriting and creative ideation skills.
* Bonus: Experience in long-form content creation (YouTube, podcasts, blogs).
