We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Saxilby, Lincoln. This person has Global Development Delay, Autism, and is registered blind, but this does not define them. They enjoy baking, cooking, and going out into the community. They have an indoor cat, so comfort with animals is necessary. To make the most of trips out, local knowledge of Saxilby, Lincoln, and a full UK Driving Licence are required.

Enriching activities are important in your support, and an empathetic approach will make a difference in this person's life. Previous experience in Learning Disabilities, Autism, and strong communication skills are needed.

Role responsibilities include:

* Providing high-quality 1:1 care tailored to individual needs.
* Engaging in meaningful activities and community outings to promote social interaction and well-being.
* Supporting household tasks to maintain a comfortable, organized, and independent living environment.
* Building trust through clear and confident communication in their preferred manner.

If you meet the skills and experience requirements, please submit your CV via the job link. For questions, contact us. We will review your application, conduct screening, and arrange an interview via Teams for suitable candidates.

All applicants are subject to Enhanced DBS checks and references. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome diverse applications.
