Location: Wallsend, NE28
Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 + Bonus
Monday to Friday + Saturday Morning on a Rota Basis Paid as Overtime

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer care by providing technical advice and conducting thorough vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.
- Offer expert technical advice, service, and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
- Adhere to protocols set by legislation, the company, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Commit to continuous learning and development to stay ahead in the industry.
- Optimise resource utilisation to ensure efficient service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possess an L3 qualification in vehicle service and repair.
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a franchised dealership.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, eager to tackle challenges head-on.
- Hold a valid driving licence for flexible engagement in various tasks.
