About the Role
The QA team conducts quality checks on approximately 125 RCBC providers to ensure compliance with standards outlined in our service contracts, as well as CQC and Care Act requirements. Responsibilities include performing QA assessments, maintaining up-to-date provider data, triaging concerns, monitoring issues, and collaborating with QA officers to agree on outcomes.
The admin team supports this process by recording visit outcomes on spreadsheets, preparing for PRM meetings and SMT, and contacting care homes or checking CQC websites for relevant information.
This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months. After the first year, the salary will be at the National Minimum Wage for your age.

Apprenticeship Qualification
During your apprenticeship, you will work towards a nationally recognized Business Administrator Level 3 qualification at Redcar College.
Essential Requirements
Apprenticeship opportunities are open to anyone over 16 years old, with no upper age limit.
You will need a minimum of:
* Grade 4 (or equivalent to Grade C or above) at GCSE English and Maths, or a Level 2 Functional Skills qualification in English and Maths.
* Willingness to work towards the Level 3 qualification. Applicants who have already achieved Business Administration Level 3 or higher are ineligible to apply.
