The Practice
This is a long-standing, multi-site small animal practice with an excellent client base and a strong reputation for high standards of care. The team focuses on collaborative working, clinical excellence, and supporting their people to thrive.
Facilities across the group include:
* A main hospital with digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house lab, dental suite with x-ray, and multiple theatres
* Branch practices with modern consulting rooms, surgical facilities, and on-site diagnostics
* Separate canine and feline wards
* Dedicated internal out-of-hours service providing continuity of care
The Role
* Permanent position based primarily at the Burnley site
* Full-time preferred, with flexible and part-time options available
* Consulting-only role, with the option to include routine surgery if desired
* No out-of-hours responsibilities
* Support from experienced colleagues, including certificate holders
* Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE
Who They’re Looking For
* A Veterinary Surgeon who has completed VetGDP (or equivalent experience)
* Confident in routine consultations with strong communication and client-care skills
* Enthusiastic about CPD and working within a supportive, established team
