Membership Development Manager – Shape the Future of ENT UK’s Professional Community
Salary: £40,000
Hybrid (1 day/week in London office)
Full-time (35 hrs/week)
Interviews – Tuesday 28th October (1st stage)
– Tuesday 4th November (final stage)
We’re thrilled to be partnering with ENT UK, the professional membership body for ear, nose, and throat surgery in the UK, to recruit a dynamic Membership Development Manager. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of a well-established membership programme, backed by fresh insights and a clear strategic vision.
ENT UK represents over 2,300 healthcare professionals and is the leading voice of the ENT specialty. Their work spans education, research, advocacy, and community-building – all with the aim of improving patient care across the UK.

4. You’ll take ownership of a refreshed membership strategy, design new engagement initiatives, and build meaningful relationships across a wide spectrum of ENT professionals.
5. This is a hands-on, strategic role where your ideas and leadership will directly shape the future of the organisation’s membership experience!
What you’ll be doing
6. Designing and delivering a bold new membership strategy
7. Enhancing member experience through community-building and support
8. Leading recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives
9. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
10. Managing budgets, CRM systems, and communications
11. Representing ENT UK at national events and forums
What we’re looking for
12. Experience in developing community programmes, this could be membership OR volunteering.
13. Experience building partnerships, and driving engagement.
14. A confident communicator, highly organised, and passionate about inclusivity and member services.
