Providing professional integrated bespoke security and facilities management services across an array of sectors, including educational settings, student accommodation, healthcare, charitable, corporate / estate management, Logistics and distribution, social housing, utilities, and shopping centres / retail parks.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used safely and efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning needs.
* Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Use cleaning machinery
Requirements
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility in all tasks.
