The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple projects from pre‑construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing project costs, budgets, and forecasts
* Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Procurement and subcontractor management
* Risk management and cost control
* Supporting project teams with commercial insight and reporting
* Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and supply chain partners
About You
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction
* Strong knowledge of fit‑out, refurbishment, or main contracting projects
* Commercially astute with excellent cost management skills
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)
