Our client, a leading provider in satellite communication solutions for UK Government projects, seeks a Qualified, Motivated, and Determined Technical Service Manager to join their growing team. This is a Unique opportunity for someone passionate about delivering Award-Winning support services in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of all UK Government support cases, ensuring SLA/KPIs are exceeded.
* Leading technical resolutions with MOD authorities and engineering teams.
* Managing field service visits, logistics, and commercial arrangements effectively.
* Tracking support trends, creating improved processes, and refining escalation procedures.
* Supporting onboarding, training, and new service launches with Inspired leadership.
Are you the ideal candidate?
* DV Security Clearance (or eligibility) with strong technical communication skills.
* Experienced in COMSAT/MILSAT/MNE systems, IT networking, and electronic equipment.
* Skilled in problem-solving with a Brave and Focused approach under pressure.
* Familiarity with MOD networks and ITIL processes advantageous.
* Flexible, customer-focused, with proven ability to deliver Successful results.
