Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager located in Peterborough. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ice rink, including ensuring the smooth running of all activities and events, managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring health and safety regulations are met. The General Manager will also be responsible for financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as developing and implementing strategies for increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
