Overview
As part of our award‑winning Graduate Management Training Programme, Management Trainees can progress to Branch Manager in as little as two years, with many senior leaders following this path. From day one, you’ll receive hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more.
Responsibilities
* Participate in a classroom‑based orientation, followed by on‑the‑job training in a branch setting.
* Gain experience across sales, marketing, account management, coaching, mentoring and leadership.
* Take on real responsibilities to manage day‑to‑day operations and drive business growth.
* Progress through the 8–12 month initial training to take on increased managerial duties.
