My client based in St Neots are currently recruiting for a Hire Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
1. Hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00
2. Salary £26,000 DOE
3. Full office based
Key Responsibilities
4. Provide administrative support to the hire team, including preparing hire reports, maintaining hire records, and responding to customer queries
5. Coordinate and schedule hire meetings
6. Collaborate with other departments within the business to ensure that all customer needs are met
7. Assist in the preparation of hire proposals, contracts and quotations
8. Ensure that all hire documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including managing the hire database
9. Preparing and issuing quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and delivery notes
10. Co-ordinating order and shipping / delivery planning
11. Keeping customers updated on status of their order
12. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones
13. Proofreading quotation materials
14. Liaise with customers and couriers via phone and email
15. Arrange equipment despatch
16. Administration of equipment returns
17. Respond to email enquiries
18. Other office duties as required
Knowledge and skills:
19. 2+ years of experience in an administration role
20. Excellent organisational and time management skills
21. Strong attention to detail
22. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
23. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
24. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
25. Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
26. Continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes, procedures, and efficiency.
