Senior Electrical Estimator – Essex
£70,000 + Package | Office-Based | High-Value Commercial Projects (London)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join a well-established M&E contractor based out of their Essex regional office.
This role will see you working on large-scale commercial developments in London, taking a lead in tendering and pricing for high-value electrical packages. You’ll be joining a business with a strong pipeline of prestigious projects and a reputation for delivering excellence in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical packages on large commercial projects

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
*
Work closely with pre-construction and operational teams to ensure project viability
*
Attend tender adjudications and client meetings where required
*
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing and industry trends
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, ideally at Senior level
*
Strong background in estimating for commercial projects in London
*
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*
Able to work full-time from the Essex office (Monday to Friday)
