We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Dover Enablement Team. The office is based in Dover, with an expectation to deliver services in the District of Dover and surrounding areas.

Enablement focuses on guiding individuals towards independence or reducing long-term care needs through planned support with daily living activities, including personal care. You will work with a structured team comprising the Enablement Locality Organiser, Support Workers, Business Support Teams, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and multi-agency partners within KCC and health services.
The role involves managing a caseload to support service users in setting SMART Enablement goals, assessing needs, and enabling independence.
The Enablement Supervisor provides practice monitoring, supervision, and training to a team of Support Workers, monitors service quality, and ensures a safe working environment. Collaboration with Occupational Therapy and Case Management colleagues is essential to ensure holistic assessments and maximized opportunities.
