About the Role
A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled and proactive Team Litigation Legal Secretary. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality support to legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive typing, secretarial, and administrative support to fee earners
* Transcribe and prepare legal documents and correspondence using digital dictation
* Manage electronic filing systems and case management software
* Handle client communications and document retrieval procedures
* Coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and diary management
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as a legal secretary or similar role, including digital dictation
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and document formatting
* Familiarity with legal procedures and administrative systems
