We are working with a respected and fast-growing law costs practice seeking an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson to join their team. This is a fully remote role offering genuine flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to a wide range of complex, high-value legal matters.

As a Law Costs Draftsperson, you will be responsible for:
* Drafting bills of costs, budgets, and statements of costs
* Advising clients on costs strategy and attending CCMCs/CMCs where required
* Reviewing files thoroughly and accurately using Proclaim and CostsMaster
* Negotiating with opposing parties to achieve favourable results
* Managing a diverse caseload across areas including:
* Personal Injury
* Clinical Negligence
* Industrial Disease
* Credit Hire
* Commercial Litigation
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Solid experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson across multiple claim types
* Strong drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in Proclaim, CostsMaster, and CM systems
* The ability to meet billing targets and manage deadlines effectively
* A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work independently
