About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Food & Beverage Operations to join our Senior Management Team and lead all food and beverage activity across our theme park resort.
This is a highly operational, predominantly floor-based leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement across nine F&B outlets. You will lead from the front, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maximising revenue opportunities, and increasing visitor spend per head while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Performance & Financial Management
* Set and manage departmental budgets aligned with business priorities.
* Drive revenue growth, secondary spend, and margin improvement across all outlets.
* Monitor KPIs including spend per head, labour costs, conversion, and stock control.
* Identify and implement upselling, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
* Work closely with Marketing and revenue teams to maximise peak and seasonal trading.
Operational Leadership
* Provide visible, hands-on leadership across all F&B locations.
* Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
* Lead daily operational planning to optimise throughput and reduce queues.
* Maintain effective preventative maintenance and operational processes.
* Regularly communicate departmental performance and identify risks and opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
* Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team.
* Build a positive culture centred on accountability, pride, and continuous improvement.
* Lead recruitment, training, succession planning, and performance management.
* Ensure teams are confident in upselling and delivering outstanding guest interactions.
Strategic Development & Continuous Improvement
* Contribute to strategic planning for F&B growth, new concepts, and investment.
* Analyse guest feedback, operational data, and financial performance to drive improvements.
* Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
* Plan and deliver key departmental projects including menu development and service enhancements.
Compliance, Safety & Standards
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, allergen, licensing, and H&S regulations.
* Maintain robust audit processes and statutory documentation.
* Champion a proactive safety culture across all operations.
* Uphold brand standards and company policies at all times.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Work closely with central functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the wider Looping Group teams.
* Support forecasting, demand planning, and financial performance management.

Reporting to: Managing Director
Contract: Full-time – 5 days out of 7, including weekends & bank holidays
