Are you an experienced Development Planner ready to play a key role in shaping one of London's most ambitious regeneration programmes? I'm working with a highly respected urban regeneration delivery organisation in East London that is looking to appoint a Senior Development Planner to support its expanding portfolio.

The Role
As a Senior Development Planner, you'll sit within a dynamic, multidisciplinary development team and take a leading role in managing planning strategy and delivery across a diverse pipeline of projects.
You will:
Lead on planning applications for major residential and mixed-use schemes
Provide strategic planning advice across multiple development sites
Manage relationships with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
Support land promotion and site acquisition strategies
Navigate complex policy, viability, and delivery challenges
Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical planning knowledge with a commercial mindset and a passion for placemaking.
You will ideally have:
Significant experience in development planning (public or private sector)
Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale schemes
Strong understanding of the London planning system and policy landscape
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
RTPI accreditation (or working towards it)
