What you bring to the role
Having successfully led a large, fast-paced warehouse function, you possess:
* Experience in resource planning, managing costs, service, and safety through others
* Ability to coach and mentor teams to improve performance and achieve goals
* A results-oriented and collaborative approach
* A track record of creating plans that enhance customer and colleague experiences
* Strong relationship-building and financial skills
