About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People Development, you will be at the forefront of Forterras early careers strategyleading the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of early talent. Your role will directly impact our talent pipeline and play a key part in ensuring we provide engaging, high-quality development experiences.
What youll be doing:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:Design and support recruitment strategies, facilitate assessment centres, and lead our corporate induction programme.
2. Talent Development: Manage apprenticeship, graduate, and internship journeys, ensuring high engagement and progression from start to finish.
