The Role: Operations Coordinator
The purpose of the Operations Coordinator is to support our Regional Operation Managers and their team of Area Operation Managers. This demanding role requires a strong-willed individual capable of working under pressure and engaging with colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing operational support to the Regional Operation Manager (ROM) and their management team, including customer contact, management meetings, and report creation.
* Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure effective team collaboration and business development.
* Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in communication.
* Preparing reports, presentations, and managing meeting minutes and actions.
* Managing training matrices, P1 and MOP support, and daily performance reporting.
* Supporting overdue tasks and document creation.
* Handling web quotes, updating risk registers, and managing queries.
* Tracking team holidays and sickness, managing waste and security responses.
* Developing systems and procedures to improve office efficiency and supporting colleague engagement activities.
* Performing any other tasks to support the operational team.
Person Specification
* Minimum educational qualifications, including English and Math’s qualifications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with Dynamic and MS Project is advantageous.
* Experience in a similar role within a medium-sized business; facilities management experience is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and work systematically.
* Flexibility to work outside core hours and travel as needed.
