A new opportunity has opened for a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join an established consultancy in Sheffield.
The successful Geoenvironmental Engineer will be involved in a wide range of site-based and office-based projects, working across varying levels of complexity. This role offers excellent exposure to diverse schemes and the opportunity to further develop your technical and professional skillset.

The role of the Geoenvironmental Engineer will involve:
* Ground investigation design and delivery
* Phase 1 Desk Studies and Phase 2 investigations
* Geoenvironmental and interpretative report writing
* Geotechnical and environmental risk assessments
* Soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring, and logging
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams
You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff while working closely with senior and principal engineers, allowing you to both share your experience and continue learning within a supportive team environment.

To be considered for the Geoenvironmental Engineer role, you should have:
* A degree in geology, environmental science, civil engineering, or a related discipline
* Experience within ground investigation or geoenvironmental consultancy
* Be based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
* A full UK driving licence
