Senior Account Manager - Creative & Experiential Agency - London/Hybrid - £50-55k

The Role
This role sits across flagship accounts in the tech and lifestyle sectors, including a major global search engine and a household-name FMCG brand. As Senior Account Manager, you'll take the lead on integrated campaigns involving influencer strategy, social-first content, and experiential activations. You'll manage client relationships, oversee delivery, and act as a key connector between strategy, creative, and production.
Key Responsibilities
* Own client relationships and lead end-to-end campaign delivery across experiential, influencer, and social
* Manage internal teams and external partners to deliver roadshows, brand activations, and content shoots
* Contribute to creative ideation, with an eye for art direction and social storytelling
* Monitor budgets, timelines, and KPIs across multiple workstreams
* Develop strategic plans and performance reports that demonstrate campaign impact
* Lead client meetings, creative presentations, and wrap-ups
* Mentor junior team members and support agency culture
You
* 5+ years' agency experience, ideally across both social and experiential
* Proven ability to lead complex activations, including influencer trips, content shoots, and roadshows
* A confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
* Commercially sharp, with solid budget management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Positive, curious, and collaborative - a strong cultural fit is key
