Must-Have Requirements
* Merchant Network: Proven track record in rapidly acquiring premium merchants (not account management).
* Payment Industry Expertise: 3+ years in acquiring, preferably at top-tier firms.
* Strategic Awareness: Experience navigating exclusivity agreements and identifying commercial opportunities within competitive environments.
* Resilience: Thrive in goal-driven environments with exceptional execution.
* Compliance Awareness: Solid understanding of UK employment law, including non-solicitation clauses and other relevant contractual considerations.
