Client Services Administrator
JP Morgan Medical Centre, Canary Wharf/Victoria Embankment – Permanent, Full time. Salary up to £27,768 per annum (depending on experience). 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:15 to 17:15. No bank holidays or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting all visitors and ensuring a smooth reception experience.
* Provide outstanding customer service, handling enquiries, appointments and bookings with high attention to detail.
* Work closely with all departments to maintain consistency and professional delivery of services.
* Contribute to continual improvement of the ‘Customer Journey’, reviewing processes and suggesting enhancements.
* Meet and manage monthly KPIs related to client service performance.
Qualifications & Skills
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask.
* Strong communication skills – face to face, telephone and written correspondence.
* Friendly, approachable, professional and courteous.
* Natural problem‑solver with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
