Responsibilities & Requirements
* Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality guest experiences and uphold Brand standards.
* Assist in managing operations to maximize guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
* Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs to contribute to profitability.
* Work with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
* Recruit, train, and coach team members; provide coaching, feedback, and issue resolution.
* Ensure effective verbal and written communication (English).
* Experience in a restaurant, retail, or supervisory role is preferred.
* Minimum 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
* Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
* Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
* Weekly Pay
