This is a key frontline role where you'll be responsible for managing client bookings, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping drive the growth of one of the UK's fastest-rising healthcare brands. What You'll Do
* Handle incoming and outgoing booking requests across phone, email, and online platforms.
* Manage and update our lead and booking systems with accuracy and accountability.
* Liaise with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure smooth scheduling.
* Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the client experience.
* Respond to enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems with professionalism.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to keep operations seamless and efficient.
* Contribute to wider business development initiatives as we continue scaling.
