We are currently seeking an excellent communicator to join our global marketing team as a Marketing Manager (Home based but with frequent travel to our Woking and Derby sites).
As Marketing Manager within our global marketing team, you will be second-in-command of our global marketing function, supporting our business across chemicals, electronics, and hardware. This is a high-visibility role with broad responsibilities across strategic planning, execution and leadership – supporting the growth of our Chemicals, Hardware, and Electronics divisions worldwide. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment.
About You
You will be an excellent communicator, with strong stakeholder management skills and proven experience in a marketing management role, along with excellent working knowledge of event management, social media and brand development. A confident communicator with experience of presenting to senior leadership, with an ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities and deadlines. You will be a creative thinker, strategic with excellent attention to detail.
Your Role
Your role will be to take ownership of outcomes across the global marketing function, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality execution across all initiatives. Acting as the deputy to the Senior Global Marketing Manager, stepping in to lead and represent the function in their absence. You will collaborate closely with regional teams and stakeholders to drive accountability and momentum across the business.
You will own the end-to-end planning, management and execution of international trade shows and industry events, ensuring brand consistency and stakeholder management. On a daily basis you will lead marketing functions such as campaign execution, performance tracking, budget oversight and cross‑functional coordination. Project management is a large part of this role, and you will manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Regular presentations of marketing plans, performance insights and strategic recommendations will be given to the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to high‑level decision making. Incora is a global organisation, and this is a global role, working across global teams and time zones, so being comfortable with that is crucial to the success of this position.
We are interested in hearing from candidates with proven experience of working in a marketing management role, ideally in the B2B or aerospace sector, with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively present ideas and insights to senior leadership and diverse teams. Experience in event management, social media and brand development is essential.
