We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Contact Advisor to join our team. You will support customers, drive workshop bookings, and help grow the business by engaging with decision-makers.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a dealership, contact centre, or anyone with strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make and manage bookings for customers
Drive sales and generate workshop appointments
Engage with decision-makers and support business development initiatives
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Build strong relationships with customers to increase retention and satisfaction
Skills & Experience
Strong customer service skills, ideally from a dealership or contact centre environment
Confident in speaking to customers
Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently
Strong communication and organisational skills
