Package Description
Main Responsibilities
* You'll be working closely with our operations managers, commissioners, and senior leaders, responsible for managing projects within our Health and Care delivery plan, ensuring products are delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Managing risks and measuring the delivery of outcomes and benefits.
* Facilitating workshops with managers and front-line staff to design solutions and plan delivery.
* Responsible for communicating progress and escalating issues to the senior leadership team for resolution.
* Promoting improvement in Adult Social Care, working collaboratively across Staffordshire County Council and Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
* Promoting co-production and equity, ensuring the voice of the person is recognized in the design of improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
* Be an inspirational team worker with experience in initiating and leading improvement projects.
* Possess valuable knowledge of Adult Social Care; experience in local government and health is advantageous.
* Skills in co-designing solutions to implement and embed change.
* Excellent planning and project management skills.
* Confidence working across organizational boundaries, influencing and negotiating to meet deadlines.
* Superb communication skills.
* High level of personal drive and integrity, committed to proactively solving problems and developing innovative solutions to improve outcomes.
