Job Title: Business Development Director – Complex Care
Location: Mansfield (NG18)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Exceptional Bonus + Equity
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We’re working with a growing healthcare provider seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive expansion within complex care and domiciliary services.
This is a key role focused on securing new business, leading tender activity, and building strong relationships across NHS and local authority networks. You’ll play a central part in delivering growth through new care packages and service development.
The Role Will Involve
* Developing and maintaining relationships with commissioners, ICBs, and key stakeholders
* Leading on tender opportunities, including bid writing and submissions
* Securing new care packages and driving hours growth
* Identifying opportunities within local authorities and NHS services
* Working collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to deliver effective care solutions
* Consistently achieving and exceeding growth targets
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in business/service development within complex care or domiciliary care
* Strong experience working with commissioners, local authorities, and NHS/ICB stakeholders
* Proven track record of securing contracts and driving service growth
* Experienced in tendering and bid writing processes
* Commercially focused, results-driven, and confident managing a sales pipeline
What’s on Offer
* £60,000 – £70,000 salary (flexible depending on experience)
