As a Trainee Potting Technician, you will receive full training to carry out Potting & Encapsulation activities to the correct standards and specifications. Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Supporting daily Potting & Encapsulation tasks in line with company quality and health & safety procedures • Learning to operate and maintain specialist equipment, jigs, fixtures, and tools • Assisting with the control and safe handling of COSHH materials • Helping ensure production targets and on‑time delivery commitments are met • Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and contributing to 5S initiatives • Recording issues, rework, and improvement opportunities • Working flexibly across production areas as required • Developing your skills through ongoing training and mentoring • Communicating effectively with team members to maintain a professional, consistent working environment Experience / Skills / Attributes You don’t need previous experience — just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
