About the job Job Title: Days Support Worker Location: Peterborough Contract: Full time or Part Time Hours: Up to 39 hours Salary: 12.21 per hour Information: This role is a day time position Monday to Friday What does a Days Support Worker do? No two days are ever the same you will be supporting people to participate in a range of fun, recreation, and educational activities. Supporting people to develop and maintain relationships Building a relationship with the people you are supporting to ensure their needs, wishes and goals are achieved Provide person centred support to promote independence and enhance well being The job satisfaction is endless knowing the fulfilment you are bringing to others lives and enabling them to live independently in their community.
