Over two years, you’ll complete four six-month rotations across key business areas. You’ll begin in our operations department, gaining practical experience in Customer Service. During this time, you’ll have meaningful conversations with our members, educating them about their pensions and deepening your understanding of how we support their financial wellbeing.
At every stage, you will have opportunities to network and collaborate with colleagues across the business, helping you explore the career path that best suits your interests and ambitions.

• Legal & Governance – Support frameworks that ensure integrity and compliance
• Digital & Marketing – Help shape messaging and digital innovation
• Finance & Investments – Learn how we manage members’ money responsibly
• People (HR) – Contribute to culture and employee experience
• Plus opportunities in Business Assurance, IT, Customer Solutions, and Continuous Improvement
