Hillarys has a 50‑year history with an annual turnover of £250m and a growing network of over 1,200 local Advisors. As an Installer you will visit customers’ homes to measure and install a range of products, including shutters, while the Design Consultants handle orders and payment.
Responsibilities
* Visit customers in their homes to take accurate measurements and install window furnishings.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure installations are completed to a high standard.
* Maintain inventory of installation tools and equipment; report any required replacements.
Qualifications & Skills
* Valid UK driving licence to travel locally.
* Strong learning mindset; prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades is an advantage but not required.
* Good communication skills and a desire to grow within the business.
