Working hours for Sales Negotiator
* Monday to Friday
* Alternate Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)
Salary package on offer for the Sales Negotiator
* Strong basic salary of £26,500
* Pool commission paid quarterly on top of basic salary

Key duties of the Sales Negotiator role will include
* Registering new applicants and maintaining accurate client records
* Conducting accompanied residential property viewings with professionalism and confidence
* Managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support the sales process
* Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors to drive successful outcomes
* Providing excellent customer service and representing the agency to a high standard
Sales Negotiator requirements
* Previous experience is preferred, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Strong knowledge of the local area (advantageous but not essential)
* Good Maths and English exam results
* A self‑assured, professional manner
* Full Uk Driving licence
