Ashberry Recruitment are looking for an experienced Support Worker to be based in Sheffield.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established supported accommodation programme in Sheffield, that provides a safe secure environment where residents can live fulfilling lives and where every individual knows that they are valued and respected.
The role of Support Worker is key to achieving successful outcomes for clients. As a motivated and dynamic support worker you will be responsible for:
* Delivering a high quality support programme of support that promotes client choice and control.
* Working independently and as part of a team
* Providing a high quality service to residents as well as service users accessing the out of hours service
* Providing support to enable residents to make positive life choices and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
* Planning and supporting residents in meaningful activities
* Administrative support
* Reception duties & administrative support to ensure the successful operation of the service when required
This is a part time role. 16-20 hours + overtime on weekends available. The shifts are: 7:00-15:30 and 11:30-20:00 Mon to Sun. Working Tuesday's and Thursday's each week.
