Senior Associate (6+ PQE) - Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury - Kingsley Napley LLP
This position would suit a full-time or part-time individual – with 4 days minimum per week

Our lawyers at Kingsley Napley provide a collaborative and personalised service to support their clients in the best possible way, and have frequently achieved substantial settlements in matters relating to brain injury, cerebral palsy & birth injury as well as spinal injury and RTAs. For the most serious injuries this has included settlements of well over £20 million.
We are recruiting for an exciting new role; a Senior Associate who will work closely with the partners and fee-earners managing high value claimant clinical negligence claims (circa 80% of the workload) and personal injury claims (20%). We’re looking for someone who can manage a caseload of complex matters; who demonstrates excellent technical skills in this area, along with strong management/ financial discipline and commercial awareness. We’re looking for a reflective, honest and empathetic person who can give & receive feedback and work well in a diverse team of people. The role will involve managing and delegating work to those more junior so we’re also looking for evidence of mentoring and developing others with clear objectives, instructions and feedback. Finally, we seek candidates who look to promote their own profile as well as the work of the team. We seek candidates who can demonstrate tangible contributions towards BD & Marketing plans and will take proactive steps to push forward BD objectives.
