Your new role
As a Revit / CAD Technician (MEP), you will support engineers in producing accurate and coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.You’ll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team across a range of projects, contributing from early-stage design through topletion. 1. Producing detailed 2D and 3D MEP models
2. Supporting design coordination across disciplines
3. Working to BIM standards and contributing to process improvements
4. Managing and maintaining project drawing information
5. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
6. Delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have:
7. Experience using Revit MEP within a building services consultancy or contractor environment
8. A solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical building services systems
9. Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
10. Knowledge of BIM processes and coordination
11. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
12. Goodmunication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
13. Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
14. Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar tools
