Salary: Up to £30,000 + OTE c.£60,000

If you’re confident, proactive, and passionate about property, this is an ideal first step into sales negotiator role within a Property Developer. Some estate agency experience is required. This is the ideal opporutnity for someone looking to step into "client" side.
THE ROLE
* Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers
* Conduct viewings & follow-ups
* Support offers and deal progression
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth buyer journey
* Keep records updated & maintain presentation standards
* Bring energy, ideas, and professionalism to the marketing suite
