SEND Teaching Assistant - Full Time | Warwickshire Location: Warwickshire Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced or aspiring SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding full-time role in a supportive school environment? We are working closely with a number of fantastic primary and secondary schools across Warwickshire who are seeking passionate and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. Your Role Will Involve: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assisting the class teacher in delivering inclusive learning Helping manage behaviour in line with school policies Providing personal care support where required Creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential) A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support Excellent communication and teamwork skills A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - or be willing to apply for one (we can assist with the process or cover the cost) Why Register with Us?
