Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating orders into the production plan and ensuring timely and complete logistics for pickups and deliveries through effective communication and planning.
Responsibilities
* Plan all bulk, retail, oat, and drink orders into the production schedule to meet customer delivery deadlines.
* Liaise with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
* Maintain accurate stock records using Sage 200.
* Coordinate with the Senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
* Work with the Sales Department to update and maintain sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
* Investigate and resolve customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure all export documentation complies with customs requirements.
* Perform any other tasks necessary for the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Ability to analyze data effectively.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience tracking KPIs such as 'Order in Time in Full', 'Warehouse GMP Audit', and 'Orders produced in time and in full'.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
