I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Crewe, who are seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to join their team
Job Description
As Manufacturing Trainer, your main responsibilities are:
* Identify learning and development needs at individual/group level:
* Ability to determine appropriate audience.
* Identify the appropriate method of delivery.
* Agree timescales and budget.
* Identify return on investment opportunities
Qualifications / Skills needed
* Demonstrable experience of identifying learning needs.
* Demonstrable experience of delivering/presenting to a range of audiences.
* Clear, concise and assertive communication skills.
* Understanding of Manufacturing processes and methods.
* Recognised learning and development/HR/coaching qualification
* Relevant Lean Manufacturing qualification desirable.
