£27,000 + Excellent Commission Package
Thursday – Monday | 10am – 5pm
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to support a busy and successful development in the Telford area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, customer‑focused sales professional who enjoys guiding buyers through their new homes journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
You will be the face of the development, managing the full sales process from first enquiry through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and engaging with prospective buyers
* Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the buyer journey
* Managing reservations and progressing sales in line with company targets
* Conducting development tours and property viewings
* Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
* Working closely with site teams and regional management
* Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in new homes sales (essential)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Professional, approachable, and customer‑focused
* Confident working independently
* Full UK driving licence preferred
