As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our breakfast guests, as well as preparing buffets and lunches as needed. Additionally, you will prepare food for the evening shift.
You will help ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness to maintain safe food preparation, following our company procedures and completing the necessary paperwork in line with the food safety management system.
We are looking for candidates with experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in a hotel environment. You may be looking to advance from your current Commis Chef or similar role and seek the opportunity to take charge of the kitchen during breakfast service. Excellent communication skills, a passion for good food, and quality ingredients are essential.
We offer full training and may support your career development through our apprenticeship program. This position is for weekends only.
