Pay Rate: £12.60 - £13 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (30 min unpaid break) What You'll Do: Greet visitors with a warm smile and make them feel welcome Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Maintain a tidy and organised reception area Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence ✉️ Provide information about services and projects to clients and visitorsWho You Are: A people person with excellent communication skills ️ Organised, with a knack for multitasking and managing time efficiently ⏰ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic office equipment Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is a plus!
